Troubleshooting: Error Accessing the Director
Problem: The eFORMz Director gave one of the following errors:
- Error accessing the Director(GetConfigurationIdByName)
- Error accessing the Director(startConfiguration)
Solution:
Error accessing the Director(GetConfigurationIdByName): Close the Director Toolkit window and restart the eFORMz service. This error usually is caused when the eFORMz service is restarted while the Director Toolkit window is open.
Error accessing the Director(startConfiguration): The configuration file contains a path or resource that the Director cannot find. Edit the file and correct the path or make the path accessible to the Director.
