Printing Thermal Labels with ShipStation

You can use ShipStation together with eFORMz to print two-sided thermal (2ST) labels to printers such as the Sato GY412 and the Toshiba DB-EA4D. For best results, configure ShipStation to print packing slips inline with shipping labels. That means a shipping label is followed immediately by the packing slip that accompanies it.

1. Sign in to ShipStation and click the Account Settings gear near the top right.
2. Click Printing > Printing Setup.
3. On the Labels row, click Document Options.
4. Click 4″ x 6″ (w/ Packing Slip).
5. Save your changes.

Now you are ready to add an eFORMz project to run the label files and send them to the printer.
