Does File Exist
To determine whether a given file exists or does not exist, use this function.
1. To verify if a specific file exists, right click the form and select Variable > By position.
2. Enter a name and select OK.
3. Right click the variable and select Add Function > Does file exist…
4. Enter the name of the file or select a variable from the drop-down menu that contains the file name.
5. The answer will display in the Variable Window.
