Troubleshooting: PKIX path building failed
Several factors can contribute to a PKIX path building failed error.
- Spaces in the alias string
- Service restart
- Too many entries in the minisoft.truststore file
With sending an email with Office 365, make sure the following is in eFORMz.ini:-Dmail.smtp.ssl.trust=smtp.office365.com
