Troubleshooting: SSH Errors and eFORMz
The below error may occur with newer versions of SSH and some older versions of eFORMz.
com.minisoft.monitor.remote.SSHConnection::login:-1 Connect exception Algorithm negotiation fail to “server address here”
A user will need to perform the following steps to fix this issue.
- Close the eFORMz Composer.
- Delete file: jsch-0.1.51.jar which is located at: C:\Minisoft\eFORMz_6\jars.
- Copy file: jsch-0.1.55.jar to: C:\Minisoft\eFORMz_6\jars.
- Launch Composer and try to connect again.
- If the connection doesn’t occur, install the latest version of eFORMz.
