Troubleshooting: NetPrint Error 1205

Problem: NetPrint fails with Error 1205, “QUEUE/DEST NAME REJECTED BY TARGET NODE”

The most common reason for this error is that the printer is no longer shared.

Solution: Ensure that the printer is shared in Printer Properties. If you change the IP address of a server, restart NetPrint on the HP3000 server, and then restart the Window’s Print Spooler service.

Please contact Minisoft Support if you complete these tasks and still receive NetPrint Error 1205.
